The List

Got this list earlier, which made my day brighter!

Ten reasons you're going to crush it this weekend...
1.) your attitude
2.) your speed work
3.) you live at 5,000 feet or something
4.) you've done this before
5.) your nutrition is perfected
6.) you're going to run your race
7.) you ain't scared of anyone
8.) you've put plenty of mileage into your training
9.) you know how to breathe
10.) you know how to finish strong


Maybe I need to write these things on my arm in Sharpie as reminders...
